Using Available Resources to Create Services
In our SERV 312 class with Professor Martins, We decided to redesign the iconic London phone booth into a multifunctional small-scale business. Our objective was to emplace the concept to essential services that cater to widespread needs, thus optimizing the phone booth's utilization. Emphasis on efficiency, compactness, and a streamlined design is expected to increase its usability across markets.
In this project, we immersed ourselves in developing both digital and physical models to more accurately convey our concept for the project and highlight the untapped potential of over 8,000 unused phone booths just in the London market.
